I
have many people to thank for making this dream become a reality.
First of all, I want to thank my husband, Bert, for supporting and
encouraging me
to pursue
both my bachelor and master's degree.
There were many times I wanted
to give up,
but he always believed in me.
I could not have finished this journey without his love, patience
and encouragement.
Next,
I want to thank my son, Joshua and his wife, Carin for their
encouragement and love.
I am so blessed to have such a wonderful son , daughter-in-law and
granddaughter.
My
parents, Dr. George and Nancy Case, both passed away in 1998
within five months of each other.
During his lifetime, my father was an elementary school teacher,
college professor,
Southern Baptist minister for fifty years
and
retired as personnel director for Pickens County School
District in
1993.They were so very proud when I received my Bachelor's
Degree from
Central Wesleyan
College in December 1993.
I have felt their guiding hand and smiles
from
heaven on my accomplishment
in earning my Master's
degree.

I feel so blessed to have had
the most dedicated and caring professors
during
my educational journey at Southern Wesleyan University.
Their
Christian faith is demonstrated through their guidance and love for
teaching.
To
all of you, I always will be grateful to you for becoming a part of my
family.

Last,
but certainly not least, I want to thank Sandy, Lisa and
Michelle for being
such a wonderful study group.
I truly could not have made it without their
help
during the
past
fifteen months.
We have made a lasting friendship that will always hold a special
place in my heart.
Thank you for all the memories as we finished our journey!
